Yes — we set up in backyards, living rooms, garages, patios, and event venues alike. Our cart is self-contained and works in nearly any space. Just let us know your venue type so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for private events, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on availability. Popular dates around holidays and graduation season tend to book up quickly, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
Yes — we can build themed drinks around your party’s colors or occasion, add custom cups with a name or date, and use our latte art printer to put a design or photo on every drink. These add-ons are some of our most requested for birthdays and showers.
No one gets left out. Every Selah setup includes chai lattes, matcha, hot chocolate, and a selection of teas alongside the full espresso menu, plus oat, almond, and whole milk. Your non-coffee guests will have just as much fun at the bar.
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service to set up and style the bar. Standard service runs 2–3 hours, with longer options available for all-day celebrations. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after service ends.
