Cart wraps, custom cups, and menu design typically take 2–3 weeks once we have your brand assets. Latte logo printing files are usually ready within a few days. We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your activation date.
Yes — multi-day trade shows and expos at venues like the Colorado Convention Center are one of our most common brand activation bookings. We’re built for sustained, high-traffic service across multiple days and can rotate staffing as needed.
A logo file (vector preferred), brand color codes, and any campaign artwork you’d like featured. We handle the design and production of cups, the cart wrap, and the menu from there.
Yes — for large grand openings, retail activations, or trade show floors, we can deploy multiple branded carts with additional baristas to keep traffic moving and wait times short.
Absolutely. Our cart is self-contained and fits comfortably inside retail showrooms, lobbies, green rooms, and indoor event spaces, as well as outdoor activations.
We recommend 3–4 weeks minimum to allow time for cup and cart wrap production. For larger or multi-cart activations, 6–8 weeks gives us the most flexibility on design and scheduling.
